TG raids 5 days a week when the content demands it, 6:30-11:30 EST Sunday to Thursday. Would you be able to maintain an 80% attendance rate?: Yes
Do you know anyone in TG who would vouch for your skill as a player? If so, who?: Ran a few Heroics and Raids with Xiggy, PUG'ed in a few of Dagothsett's groups.

What is you previous guild history and explain any reasons why you left them. (long answer):

Raided In Spire, Deaths Embrace, Primal Exodus (Scryers Server)

Left spire because of language. Excessive use of racial slurs at random times. Great raiding guild but it wasn't worth muting g chat and vent.

Have you ever been a raid leader, class leader, officer, or website administrator with another guild? (long answer):

Class officer in 2 of the 3 guilds. Officer in Primal Exodus, Raid leader in all guilds joined. Hardcore raider, Get er done mentality.

Why do you want to join TG over another guild on this server? (long answer):

Dedicated Raiding guild. Simple. Spire was that but the language pissed me off. I would hope TG carries themselves better than the folks over at Spire.

Please describe in detail your previous raid experience, pre-BC, BC, and current content. Include information if you participated in pre-nerf kills, legitimate attunements (such as Hand of A’dal), etc. (long answer):

Been raiding since BC, second naxx clear on Scryers Server, normal and heroic versions. Cleared all content up to TOC 25 man. Yogg cleared with Spire etc.

Explain in detail the way you DPS/Heal/Tank, rotations, gear selection, gemming, etc. Convince us that you have thorough and extensive knowledge of your class. Links to WWS or similar performance recording tools are helpful. (long answer):

As a lock I dps of course, main spec being destro. Life Tap, Immolate, Conflag, Chaos Bolt, Trinket, Incin, etc etc. Then repeat. Spell Power Gems for all sockets. Avg gear score 229. Would be higher with consistent raid schedule.

Describe your gaming system. Your computer needs to be good enough to not cause problems raiding. Frame lag, ping, connection problems, not using a microphone + Ventrilo or crashing is not acceptable. (long answer):

No problems with CPU. New Acer Gaming Rig. I have Vent since BC 21 1/2 Flat screen monitor.
8400 AMD Phenom, 4G, 500 GB Super multi drive.

Why are you worth being one of the 25 people in a raid? Please list anything else you'd like to mention about yourself that we might have missed. (long answer):

Experienced. I bring full shards, first on summons and healthstones, good attitude mature player. I hope TG shares these same qualities.

Can you handle criticism?: yes, Prior military can take any type of critisim. It comes with getting better.

almost forgot, why do you choose to pop your trinket in the middle of your rotation?

Best Meta for SP. Which meta would you prefer?

And Curse (Doom or Elements) is always first ( i consider that before the rotation) as a lock. This is standard. Thats why it wasn't included.

The trinket stacks haste per spell so I usually pop it right before my Incinerate Spam. To get more rotations out before the Immolate/Conflag cd is up. When would you pop the trinket? Your advice could improve my rotation/dps.

Update

Revised the rotation to include popping the trinket right after the curse of doom/elements.

Also upgraded a couple of Items to bring my 226/232 count to 14. 5 pieces at 245. Open for improvement as always.

Why don't you have point in supression? You're below the hit cap.

You would need three points in suppression to be hit capped. No offense but these kinds of issues should really be dealt with prior to applying to a new guild.

I am hit capped. I was trying new rotations and trinkets when i logged. I believe TG can push my dps from 4.5 - 5K to 8k. I've seen warlocks pushing those numbers. TG can get me there and I believe i can help and learn from this guild. This is why I'm here applying. Thanks Ringworm for that advice. Keep them coming! Thanks guys!
