Hey guys! Well I've been trying to level up IRL ever since quitting playing Magisto. Hopefully I'll come back to play with you guys in expansion!
Last september i was 185lbs with around 26% bodyfat, I've been hitting the gym pretty hard, right now i'm about 152lbs with about 14% body fat. Trying to bulk up this summer!
I just took this pic yesterday and made some color adjustments..
How has everyone been??

yea vladde..i have a good electronic device from Omron..i bought for 15$.....also if you google online bodyfat calculator you will get a site where you enter your stats such as height, weight, specific body measurements and it will calculate your body fat %
as a general rule...10-11% and under is 6-pak abs

Nice going Magisto, when I quit WoW I started walking/running and pacing myself on what I ate and went from like 180 to 145 in like 4 months,i'm 5'8 too. Here's to quiting WoW and getting into shape
Always wondered how people got fat from sitting around doing nothing all day. Don't think I've gained a pound in my decade of mmo playing and general disregard for my well being. Must be in the genes.

i'm actually one of those people who have a hard time gaining weight. the reason I gained so much was pretty much due to drinking too many sodas and general gluttony, and WoW of course.

yea vabio right now im also weirldy enough trying to gain wieght..lifting weights is soooo good to lose weight so like my whole upper body is like bony so im lifting hard and taking Cyto Gainer from cytosport...its something like muscle milk without the fat/sugar

In the last 3 years of playing WoW, drinking, and having to stop most physical activity, I've gained 20 pounds, and 10 of that is from drinking.
Fucking genetic disorders causing my unable to work out properly.

I didn't know relentlessly complaining about weights and facilities to the point where they physically remove you from the gym was considered a genetic disease.
