I think it would be good for handicapped. I think using a combination of eyeball and mouse clicking would be faster than pausing every time you want to do something new however. clickers rejoice- that's you seal!

It's a long ways off but could replace mouse movement. However there are so many things we do at the same time that don't translate into a "no hands" approach. There was just an article about this kind of thing for games on Slashdot today.

I've killed players taht move like that in WoW. It funny because you just stay behind them and autoattack them to death while they try to turn and can't manage to target you.
