Algarion's Application

Character Information
Character Name: Algarion
Character Class: Paladin
Character Race: Blood Elf
Talent Spec: 54/17/0
How many pieces of 226/232+ level items do you have?: 13
Profession 1: Jewelcrafting
Profession 2: Mining
Armory Link: Algarion
Interface: http://img19.imageshack.us/i/uilolv.jpg/

Person Information
Gender: Male
Age: 24
Timezone: Server time
TG raids 5 days a week when the content demands it, 6:30-11:30 EST Sunday to Thursday. Would you be able to maintain an 80% attendance rate?: Most likely
Do you know anyone in TG who would vouch for your skill as a player? If so, who?: Maybe some remember me, I don't know

What is you previous guild history and explain any reasons why you left them. (long answer):
I hate guilds usually. DKP sucks. I usually pug but now I want a guild to explore more content ;_;

Have you ever been a raid leader, class leader, officer, or website administrator with another guild? (long answer):
No

Why do you want to join TG over another guild on this server? (long answer):
The TG acronym is really cool.

Please describe in detail your previous raid experience, pre-BC, BC, and current content. Include information if you participated in pre-nerf kills, legitimate attunements (such as Hand of A’dal), etc. (long answer):
God damn looks like I'm applying for a job.

Explain in detail the way you DPS/Heal/Tank, rotations, gear selection, gemming, etc. Convince us that you have thorough and extensive knowledge of your class. Links to WWS or similar performance recording tools are helpful. (long answer):
I'm a Paladin. I stack INT in my sockets. I aim for Haste/MP5 or Haste/Crit. I like Haste/MP5 better. I spam Holy Light to keep tanks up. I use Flash of Light to heal when there is little damage or when Holy Light is overkill. I Holy Shock to help tanks and if it's not needed, I drop it on a raider.

Describe your gaming system. Your computer needs to be good enough to not cause problems raiding. Frame lag, ping, connection problems, not using a microphone + Ventrilo or crashing is not acceptable. (long answer):
Top of the line computer. Dual core, 4GB of ram, GTX 260 etc etc

Why are you worth being one of the 25 people in a raid? Please list anything else you'd like to mention about yourself that we might have missed. (long answer):
Give me a trial. You don't like me, kick me.

Can you handle criticism?: Sure
How can we contact you?: Send me an in-game mail :)

You have no raiding experience in Ulduar, your app probably took 5 minutes to write, your attitude sucks, and 54/17/0 for both specs is not a smart idea for pve. Maybe you respec one of those specs to something else when you PvE?

54/17/0 is really useful ;_;

EDIT: One is PvE, one is for messing around PvP, hence some of the useful PvP talents.

Yeah you lose some crit by not going into Ret but you gain Divine Sacrifice that's totally awesome!

divine sac for a holy is pointless really. the extra crit from ret is way more usefull since we have ret pallies for div sac.
