Person Information
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Timezone: Pacific-California.
TG raids 5 days a week when the content demands it, 6:30-11:30 EST Sunday to Thursday. Would you be able to maintain an 80% attendance rate?: Absolutely. I'd likely be an hour late on Mondays due to labwork that I have to do. But other than that I'd make every raid.
Do you know anyone in TG who would vouch for your skill as a player? If so, who?: I do not.
What is you previous guild history and explain any reasons why you left them. (long answer):
I raided seriously in TBC with a guild of friends that I've known on my server since I started the game. We started with Kara until we cleared BT/Hyjal and killed Kalecgos before we starting losing players. I transferred to <Crimson Tempest> on Malfurion that was working on M'uru (prenerf) and cleared Sunwell with them shortly after. I stayed in this guild through Naxx until they started to lose players as well. I then moved back to my original server where I've been playing ever since with my old friends. The guild now has taken some significant blows regarding the people that were originally in the guild. The leadership has been making some really terrible calls recently causing the guild to more or less break up. It's unfortunate but I guess these things happen.
Have you ever been a raid leader, class leader, officer, or website administrator with another guild? (long answer):
I have only been an officer once. I wish I had a long answer for this question but it honestly wasn't a very notable experience. This was in the beginning of TBC during Karazhan. Although I'm not officially a class leader, I would consider my role in my current guild as such. I am revered as being the "best" warlock on the server and often deal with any questions people may have. I'd also say that my input regarding strategies or anything regarding warlocks in general is taken quite seriously from the leadership.
Why do you want to join TG over another guild on this server? (long answer):
I do not know of other guilds on your server. Honestly, the reason I want to join your guild is because I would love to be a part of a hardcore environment of dedicated players. I long to be in a guild where my loyalties are matched by the other players. I grow weary of being in guilds where all the best players disappear and the officers recruit people that really shouldn't be there.
Please describe in detail your previous raid experience, pre-BC, BC, and current content. Include information if you participated in pre-nerf kills, legitimate attunements (such as Hand of A’dal), etc. (long answer):
Pre-BC: My experience was not very extensive at this time. I was in a "friendly" guild doing Molten Core and ZG for months. We managed to kill Razorgore at some point and I was miserable all the time because I wanted more.
BC: I got all the notable achievements and attunements during TBC. Farmed Illidan and killed Kalecgos before xferring to Crimson Tempest where we downed M'uru pre-nerf shortly before killing Kil'jaeden.
Wrath: Glory of the Raider, Heroic GoTR, 10 man Glory of Ulduar, Not much progress on Heroic Glory of Ulduar Raider but I know these fights very extensively and wouldn't need any hand holding or instructing for these hard modes. With the exception of Algalon because I've only seen him firsthand in 10 man.
Explain in detail the way you DPS/Heal/Tank, rotations, gear selection, gemming, etc. Convince us that you have thorough and extensive knowledge of your class. Links to WWS or similar performance recording tools are helpful. (long answer):
I start by using CoE or CoD on the pull. I cast immolate, incinerate, conflagrate, chaos bolt, and incinerate spam until I need to refresh immolate or Conflag is up. Basically, Conflag is top priority along with keeping up immo. Chaos bolt after conflag so that you run the Cataclysm buff on that damage. And when you aren't doing that, spam incinerate. I gear pretty much all Spell Power with the exception of my blue gems for my meta and the crit/spell power gem in my chest which gives me a nice socket bonus.
These parses are a bit old.

Describe your gaming system. Your computer needs to be good enough to not cause problems raiding. Frame lag, ping, connection problems, not using a microphone + Ventrilo or crashing is not acceptable. (long answer):
My computer is less than one year old. Quad core processor, 4096MB of memory. 640 GB Hard drive. NVIDIA 9300 GE graphics card soon to be replaced with a new one in the next few weeks. My computer is pretty sexy and I assure you that I won't have any problems with lag or crashing. I use a microphone in vent. I have good ping and fps.
Why are you worth being one of the 25 people in a raid? Please list anything else you'd like to mention about yourself that we might have missed. (long answer):
Although it may not be apparent in my earlier answers, I am exceptionally loyal to the guilds I join. I am also extremely competitive and willing to make sacrifices to get things done. Although my leadership experience may be lacking, I take orders very well and always do as I'm told by my colleagues/officers. I'm very personable and reliable to be on and ready to go for raids. I research strategies extensively by watching videos and reading synopses of the encounters. I am self reliant and by no means expect anything but people to put forth their best effort.
Can you handle criticism?: Absolutely, I don't expect anyone to hold my hand or play care bears with me. If I'm doing something wrong or you feel I could improve I'd love to know.
