TG raids 5 days a week when the content demands it, 6:30-11:30 EST Sunday to Thursday. Would you be able to maintain an 80% attendance rate?: Yes I believe so.

What is you previous guild history and explain any reasons why you left them. (long answer): TBW arthas a very long time ago..server tansfered off arthas first chance i got. With IRON now on Kil'jaeden..Thinking about returning to Arthas to raid and talk with old friends.


Have you ever been a raid leader, class leader, officer, or website administrator with another guild? (long answer): Rogue officer many years ago for a guild or two.


Why do you want to join TG over another guild on this server? (long answer):
I belive TG was a very good guild whne I left Arthas many years ago. I hear they are still a good raiding guild with great progression.

Please describe in detail your previous raid experience, pre-BC, BC, and current content. Include information if you participated in pre-nerf kills, legitimate attunements (such as Hand of A’dal), etc. (long answer): I have raided every piece of content but aq40. I took some time off then to relax and enjoy life a bit more away from the game. I recall the old 40 man raids in MC and the many wipes in BC. To be honest I do not keep track of server firsts or many achivments. I do work hard to complete the tasks at hand and do go out of my way to accomplish goals. I just do not really bother to keep track of them as Blizzard does so well for us now.


Explain in detail the way you DPS/Heal/Tank, rotations, gear selection, gemming, etc. Convince us that you have thorough and extensive knowledge of your class. Links to WWS (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED) or similar performance recording tools are helpful. (long answer): Well as a hance shaman i believe my main goal is proper totem placement, good dps and raid awareness. i do not expect to lead dps charts and do not care to. I expect myself to help the raid obtain the best overall dps and survivability I can. As far as gear...I beleive my gear is gemmed as per the best and latest strats thru Elitest jerks, Rawr, and the shaman forums. I can not wait for the day to have armor pen off my gear and move onto haste, crit, attack power etc.


Describe your gaming system. Your computer needs to be good enough to not cause problems raiding. Frame lag, ping, connection problems, not using a microphone + Ventrilo or crashing is not acceptable. (long answer): Great comp. 6 months new.. fresh built. quad processor, 4 gig top of the line ram and 280 nvidia. good net connection also.


Why are you worth being one of the 25 people in a raid? Please list anything else you'd like to mention about yourself that we might have missed. (long answer): I like to think I bring no drama to a raid and do my job properly. I do not often need to be told what to do or how to do it. but can listen to critiscism. I bring no drama to the guild and will always help out if needed. i believe in common sense. thank you Mazsta

Okay, so I'm curious about your trinkets, would like a brief explanation.

Also, a little curious about the gem in your belt, if you could elaborate on that decision, it would be good also.

And, why are you using a Relentless Earthsiege Diamond for your meta?


You didn't explain your DPS rotation at all. I am very interested in what moves you use and when to maximize DPS. The choices you make and why.

I sense some sarcasm in these voices. :) All good I can Handle that. I guess proper totem placement would mean drop them where they need to be to get use out of them and pick them up when you dont need them ruining an attempt on say 25 hard mode toc. As the 2 snakes can bug out becasue they attack a totem and despawn. Atleast when i last ran a toc 25 it was possible. As far as my gear I believe it is gemed and chanted properly. Until you have end game gear, I think the mixing and matching of set pieces and gems is alot harder. As in reach hit cap, exp cap, then atr power, crit, haste. You can read as far into Elitest jerks as you like to go.

I do the best I can for what I have. I am no expert, but I try to keep up to date and listen to positive input.

Ohh ya and dps rotation. You should know Joshua that it is prioritized by whats up. Some bosses I am better on than others. XT@ hardmode is easy for me, as hodir is harder....etc. It is alot easier to talk in a vent to see if someone knows anything about there class than writing an essay I believe. Mods I use shock and awe, recount, dbm, bigwigs, omen..etc
