anyways health tip of the week: green tea is good for your eyes. green tea is full of antioxidants. put two individual bags in some warm water and wait for it to cool a bit. make sure to keep it warm then put it on your eyes for around 10 minutes. it helps remove the puffiness, stress marks and dark spots under the eyes.

im not saying dont sleep. but your body gets stress some many things and when it shows around the eye, you look older. definitely not good.

and dont put it on your eyeball! close your eyes and use it as a warm compress. i normally use them with a mudd mask.
