TG raids 5 days a week when the content demands it, 6:30-11:30 EST Sunday to Thursday. Would you be able to maintain an 80% attendance rate?:
Yes

Do you know anyone in TG who would vouch for your skill as a player? If so, who?:
Zaark

What is you previous guild history and explain any reasons why you left them. (long answer):

Tofu's - this was just a RL friend's guild, we did nothing but dilly dally and was more of a chill setting then an actual raiding environment.

Myth - I was in this raiding guild for a short period of time, before the leadership fell apart and split into two guilds

Nvus - I was an officer in this guild, i have done my best to recruit and to lead raids, but as of recently many of the original players have stopped playing or found other reasons to leave the guild leaving very few of the original people left in the guild. The once originally fun raiding environment has only gone downhill because of lack of progression and people. Now i am looking for a coordinated/organized guild who can cooperate to bring 25 man bosses down with skill and competency.

Have you ever been a raid leader, class leader, officer, or website administrator with another guild? (long answer):

I have been an officer in Myth very briefly before its split, I have also been an officer for close to a year in Nvus. The guild started out to be more of a casual guild, but with my intervention we slowly transferred into a more of a raiding guild. I helped incorporate EPGP loot system, organized Raid events/dates, lead raids, encouraged morale through socializing with all members new and old, helped maintain the guildbank, and helped maintain the guild notes. However recently i had a vacation and when i came back the guild was in turmoil, many people had left and we were no longer capable of doing 25mans. I didn't have the resolve to help rebuild what was once lost and so now I am on the lookout for an already organized/coordinated guild.

Why do you want to join TG over another guild on this server? (long answer):

Many guilds are on the rise and fall. Ever since i started playing Wow on Arthas TG has maintained its reputation and lead in progression over other guilds. This shows me that this is a solid guild that isn't going anywhere and will continue to progress. I'm looking for a guild that can bring me that kind of stability and progression.

Please describe in detail your previous raid experience, pre-BC, BC, and current content. Include information if you participated in pre-nerf kills, legitimate attunements (such as Hand of A’dal), etc. (long answer):

I started playing Wow shortly after BC came out, however i didn't make my way into the raiding environment until moments before Sunwell came out. In burning crusade i was more interested in getting my real life friends together into a raid and having fun, but that illusion was quickly dispelled and sooner than later i started looking for raids myself. I was able to pug Karazhan, Gruuls, Mag, SSC, TK, and BT. Unfortunatley i never cleared BT past the council and also never downed the last boss of TK. My few attempts of pugged sunwells only lead to wipes. For WOTLK i was primarily in Nvus from start to now. I was able to raid Nax10/25, EOE10/25, OS10/25, ULD10/25, and TOC10/25. For nax, eoe, and os all content has been covered and cleared. For Ulduar10 we've only reached Yogg Saron 10man but never downed him. For Uld25 we've only reached Mimaron without downing him. Toc10/25 have been successful only because it is the easy beginning bosses of the instance. This concludes my raiding experience from BC-WOTLK.

Explain in detail the way you DPS/Heal/Tank, rotations, gear selection, gemming, etc. Convince us that you have thorough and extensive knowledge of your class. Links to WWS or similar performance recording tools are helpful. (long answer):

Thank goodness for this section ;P. Well to get started i keep a constant update of my specific class the feral class. My gems and enchants can be seen on Wow-heroes or Wow armory. For my Feral Tank rotation i gem for both agility and stamina because after hitting the HP soft cap stamina provides only a minor value incomparable to agility which although slowly diminishes almost always stay invaluable. I have maintained a high level of crit and dodge for my Feral tank to make sure mitigation and avoidance is at it's highest possible without sacrificing HP soft cap(always changing based on boss changes). For Uld25 the HP soft cap was 42Khp to survive two hits without heals. That's the general goal for EJ theory crafters and i believe in their work seeing how they r more credible than others, and since i don't have the time to test this kind of stuff for weeks. You may be surprised that i have some PVP gear in my tanking gear mix, but that is only because of the high stat values offered by the PVP gear, very few gear can top it. Only the best PVE tanking gear can beat out some PVE gear, and unfortunately i have been unable to obtain them. Another positive note is i always maintain the soft expertise cap while tanking ensuring that i won't be dodges. Parry is near impossible to cap so i don't bother with that. Extra Expertise is nice but not worth taking over more avoidaince/mitigation/survivability.

Opening Rotation(Maul Macroed to everything):FFF-Mangle-Demoroar-Lacerate till 5-Swipe
Priority after opening-Mangle(Whenever available)-FFF(Whenever available)-Lacerate(only to refresh stacks)-DemoRoar(only to refresh timer)-Swipe(when Mangle/FFF is CD and nothing to refresh)

For Feral DPS i spend even more time researching and editing. Up until WOTLK, agility was the preferred stats for feral not only because it was the best but fortunately the best for both Feral tanking and dpsing. Now its a little bit more tricky its better to gem agility for dpsing unless u can reach a high ARP rating. My current Arp rating is 462 unbuffed which is high enough to make ARP worth more than Agility especially after buffs. The arp softcap with Grimtoll or Mjolnirs is 566. I am attempting to reach that, but it is impossible without the higher ilevel gear from Uld25 or TOC25.

Opening Rotation - FFF-Mangle-Rake-SR-Shred to 5Cp-Rip
Priority rotation - Maintain Mangle unless i have mangle spammer, Maintain Rake, SR, RIP. if there's more than 6 seconds on SR and more than 9sec on Rip and i have 5CP then FB else Shred.

Describe your gaming system. Your computer needs to be good enough to not cause problems raiding. Frame lag, ping, connection problems, not using a microphone + Ventrilo or crashing is not acceptable. (long answer):

I own a q6600 quad core processor w/ a 8800GT self built computer. My surround sound speaker ensure that i hear everything in game. My comp is very capable of handling both Ventrilo and the WOW game at max specs. My internet connection is very solid and has almost never disconnected me from games. From my years of playing this game i have yet to find internet problems keeping me from raiding. Although sometimes during 25man raids i have a few spikes which i think may be due to the server itself instead of my computer.

Why are you worth being one of the 25 people in a raid? Please list anything else you'd like to mention about yourself that we might have missed. (long answer):

I am an active raider, that brings the top capabilities of my class. I not only focus on dps, but also react quickly to the fact that i am a hybrid and responsible for Brez/innervates. I am also very organized and responsible and can easily lead a raid i am familiar with if necessary.

Can you handle criticism?: How can we contact you?:

I can handle criticism especially if its productive and constructive. I however do not accept condescending remarks as criticism. Insults that are masked as criticisms are not well tolerated in a mature environment. However if sincere i am always glad to learn new things about the game. You can contact me on Ventrilo or in game as Faxfanim, Arthas, RUIN.

You wrote a lengthy (if poorly formatted) app which is refreshing, but due to your lack of any experience in any of the more difficult content in Ulduar we're declining your app. If you ever get more experience in some end game raiding content feel free to put up another app.
