TG raids 5 days a week when the content demands it, 6:30-11:30 EST Sunday to Thursday. Would you be able to maintain an 80% attendance rate?:
One of the reasons I applied to TG is because I want to raid daily. I have plenty of time on my hands at the moment so this shouldn’t be a problem at all.

What is you previous guild history and explain any reasons why you left them. (long answer):
I have been raiding with Adelante for the past couple of months. But I don’t like 3 day raiding. People here are casual raiders and we can rarely get any 10m going on offdays. Not to mention that some people are just not interested in getting content cleared.
Have you ever been a raid leader, class leader, officer, or website administrator with another guild? (long answer):
Not in WoW, no.
Why do you want to join TG over another guild on this server? (long answer):
TG is easily recognized as the best raiding guild in the server. Always scoring realm firsts and clearing content like pros. That is something I want to be part of.
Please describe in detail your previous raid experience, pre-BC, BC, and current content. Include information if you participated in pre-nerf kills, legitimate attunements (such as Hand of A’dal), etc. (long answer):
Sadly, I started playing WoW after the release of WotLK. However, I have cleared all content in WotLK and a few hard modes in Ulduar.
Explain in detail the way you DPS/Heal/Tank, rotations, gear selection, gemming, etc. Convince us that you have thorough and extensive knowledge of your class. Links to WWS or similar performance recording tools are helpful. (long answer):
Life Tap before pull to get the buff.
Affliction starting rotation:
Shadow Bolt > Haunt > Corruption > Curse of Agony > Unstable Affliction
Shadow Bolt is to apply the Shadow Mastery debuff and rest are in the order of highest DPCT. After that it’s just spamming Shadow Bolt as filler, reapplying your dots but at the same time not clipping them and using drain soul when target is exactly at or below 25% health.
Destruction starting rotation:
CoE/CoD > Immolate > Chaos Bolt > Conflagrate
CoE if there are no Unholy DK or Moonkin present and CoD if there are. After Conflagrate it’s spamming Incinerate as a filler, keeping Immolate up all the time and CB/Conflag/CoD as soon as they are off CD.
Stats that I look for are in the following order:
Hit (until I am hit capped) > Spell Power > Haste > Spirit > Crit
Spirit is there above Crit because both my specs make use of Life Tap glyph which greatly increases the scale factors for spirit making it almost as valuable as haste.
For gemming I make sure to have Two Purified Dreadstones in my gear so that Chaotic Skyflare Diamond is not going to waste. I use Runed Cardinal Ruby for the rest unless the bonuses seem to make a difference.
Describe your gaming system. Your computer needs to be good enough to not cause problems raiding. Frame lag, ping, connection problems, not using a microphone + Ventrilo or crashing is not acceptable. (long answer):
I have a good internet connection and a high end gaming computer which I am always upgrading. My gameplay stays smooth 90% of the time. It is very rare that I get disconnected.
Why are you worth being one of the 25 people in a raid? Please list anything else you'd like to mention about yourself that we might have missed. (long answer):
I am worth being one of the 25 people in the raid because I want to be there. I care more about guild’s overall success and progressions than I care about loot or gear. I come well prepared to raid with all the utilities and on time.
Can you handle criticism?:
I am as welcoming to criticism as I am to esteem because I am accountable for both. I am willing to learn from my mistakes if I do make any.
