Yea. My previous guild is 5days a week too and i made it like 100% attendance.

What is you previous guild history and explain any reasons why you left them. (long answer):
I came to US server in 2007 (beginning of TBC). I was in Illidan before and the guild was <Bleach>. i transfered to <Narnia> in Frostwolf after <Bleach> disbaned. <Narnia> was the best guild i have been in. and we did all the content and achievement and 13/14 ulduar. But the guild master quitted game 1month before. So i transfered to Andorhal with my raid leader and 3 of my friends. In Andorhal we are not happy cuz we find 10+ppl in raid group are not able to be good ,they don't know what to do and how to do.
my previous guild is loot council rule but my current guild is "Roll". if u want the item, you can roll, if you pay attention to do everything in the fight ,you can roll loot, but if you died at the beginning in the fight, you can also roll . i dunt think this is fair and i dunt like this.
besides, they don't do any achievement .
Have you ever been a raid leader, class leader, officer, or website administrator with another guild? (long answer):
I was mage leader in my first guild. and i did same things in <narnia> but my guild rank was not Class leader.
Why do you want to join TG over another guild on this server? (long answer):
i want to join a good progression raiding guild and in my time zone.
i found TG in Wowprogress.com and i think i will be good here.

BC:i have done all the BC raid. have "Hand of A'dal" . killed Mu'ru and KJ after nerf. i played the dragon in KJ fight.
WLK:i have done all the content except Algalon. have "immortal" title and 3 310%drakes.and i have not done Fraya +3adds and one light in darkness hardmode in 25man mode.
this patch: i have done the first boss in 10man and 25man.
Explain in detail the way you DPS/Heal/Tank, rotations, gear selection, gemming, etc. Convince us that you have thorough and extensive knowledge of your class. Links to WWS or similar performance recording tools are helpful. (long answer):
im playing Fire spec in raid . So, first of all i have to get 14% hit rating and high spell power.
so my gems are spell power. and i will keep 28%+ crit unbuffed.
i will focus on Haste but i will not choice pure haste gems.
my rotation is keepping living bomb and Scorch x 5 then fire ball.

Describe your gaming system. Your computer needs to be good enough to not cause problems raiding. Frame lag, ping, connection problems, not using a microphone + Ventrilo or crashing is not acceptable. (long answer):
my computer is okay. FPS keeps 80+ in 25man raid when not in combat and 40+ in combat with 25man boss fight.
i got 50-150ping in EST time zone servers.
i have vent and mic to talk.
Why are you worth being one of the 25 people in a raid? Please list anything else you'd like to mention about yourself that we might have missed. (long answer):
I have awareness and skill and experience. i got all the consumerblas for raid.and i always spend my time on reading forums and trying.
