Timezone: EST ( French Canadian, so yes my english is far away from perfection and I'm learning it mostly over internet games)
TG raids 5 days a week when the content demands it, 6:30-11:30 EST Sunday to Thursday. Would you be able to maintain an 80% attendance rate?:
I would do 100% if you request, I like that game and I'm online 7 days a week, also that raid time is perfect for me and will make me able to raid without any problems.
Do you know anyone in TG who would vouch for your skill as a player? If so, who?:
I Do know some players in TG, but we only did low raid/instance so I can't really ask them to vouch for things like Hard modes.
What is you previous guild history and explain any reasons why you left them. (long answer):
Only pve based guild I've be in before this application is nVus, the progress was really bad ( there was none at all) we were doing Uldar 25 over 3 nights and never passed Freya, we had epgp loot system but we weren't able to use points to get loot because we alway had some pugs.
My friend and I were totaly pissed about that and this week we told them we will stop raid with them unless they can make a good group to do some real progress.
After that answer they simply kicked us after refusing to form a good group. ( they were doing group only trying to get tanks/heal/dps regardless of raid buffs)
Have you ever been a raid leader, class leader, officer, or website administrator with another guild? (long answer):
I've never been any of these class, but I do know my class and will follow leader assigment and request perfectly.
Why do you want to join TG over another guild on this server? (long answer):
The best progression guild in this server, one of the best over the US, geared and skilled players, alot of friendly and helpful person.
I am currently a ''Just a friend'' in TG and it let me know a little about the guild in overall, would be proud to be a raider along your ranks.
Please describe in detail your previous raid experience, pre-BC, BC, and current content. Include information if you participated in pre-nerf kills, legitimate attunements (such as Hand of A’dal), etc. (long answer):
During BC I was playing on Magtheridon and I was a pvp player who only did Kara and Gruul, I got tired of the pvp and stoped playing the game.
I came back about 2 months ago and started on Arthas with my friends, did all instances/heroics/raid in the game, know all uldar 10 fights, hard modes, and got almost all uldar25 boss down ( haven't kill Mimiron/yogg in 25 yet).
Explain in detail the way you DPS/Heal/Tank, rotations, gear selection, gemming, etc. Convince us that you have thorough and extensive knowledge of your class. Links to WWS or similar performance recording tools are helpful. (long answer):
My focus for gear at the moment is to get the more Agility/critical rating/Attack power possible (while staying at hit cap) for now agility is giving more dps then armor penetration so I use +20 agility gems.
My dps rotation is Kill shoot>Black arrow> Explosive shoot> Aimed shoot> Serpent sting> Steady shoot.
Describe your gaming system. Your computer needs to be good enough to not cause problems raiding. Frame lag, ping, connection problems, not using a microphone + Ventrilo or crashing is not acceptable. (long answer):

Toshiba Qosmio, Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 2.00GHz 2.00GHz
3GB DDR3

Using a stable 5 Mb internet connection.
Why are you worth being one of the 25 people in a raid? Please list anything else you'd like to mention about yourself that we might have missed. (long answer):
I spend hours reviewing Guides over the internet to make sure I know the boss before we are doing them, to make sure I know the fight and what do to at the right time, I know my class and can do fair dps, my gear is good enough to give me a good stack of agility allowing me to get up to 11k attack power without any problem in 25 mans and even more depending on raid buff, I'm actively playing and will show at every raid that I'm invited, always ready to run raid for alts and less geared members to helpthem as well.
