How many pieces of 226/232+ level items do you have?: Not many, I just started playing on this toon recently.
Profession 1: Blacksmithing

TG raids 5 days a week when the content demands it, 6:30-11:30 EST Sunday to Thursday. Would you be able to maintain an 80% attendance rate?: Yes
Do you know anyone in TG who would vouch for your skill as a player? If so, who?: Meh, I played with TG back in sunwell content when Chrys was leading it. At the moment there was already a group of solid tanks with ikkit, seal, crush, sashmo. So since there was no need for another tank I left to remake a family guild.
What is you previous guild history and explain any reasons why you left them. (long answer):
BC lead Hatred with my cousin through Vashj and Kael (back when attunments were needed) We broke up so I decided to join TG which raided the occasional BT and Sunwell where there was tanks missing. Currently in WoTLK I haven't raided full time on this toon and I would like to get back into it. I am in Spire as a friend rank.
Have you ever been a raid leader, class leader, officer, or website administrator with another guild? (long answer):
Lead/MT'd Hatred back in BC content and was MT of another guild prior to that one (very long ago)
Why do you want to join TG over another guild on this server? (long answer):
TG is a dedicated, hard working set of individuals who are well known in the server for their achievements on end game content. Raiding with TG is pretty much a privilege.
Please describe in detail your previous raid experience, pre-BC, BC, and current content. Include information if you participated in pre-nerf kills, legitimate attunements (such as Hand of A’dal), etc. (long answer):
I didn't raid much pre-bc but QA40, BWL, ZG, Ony and MC. BC I raided everything, I lead hatred through SSC killing Vashj for the Hand of A'dal title and through TK killing Kael. (all pre nerf). Later I joined TG and got carried through BT and sunwell content.
Explain in detail the way you DPS/Heal/Tank, rotations, gear selection, gemming, etc. Convince us that you have thorough and extensive knowledge of your class. Links to WWS or similar performance recording tools are helpful. (long answer):
As a Tank I like to generate as much threat as possible to give the DPS the needed room to go " all out". This also gives time to focus on mitigation later in the encounter in case there is a problem with healer death or "oom" situations.
I start with heroic throw for a pull, charge in for rage and pop berserker rage, shield block and shield slam. (this is all done through a macro to avoid delays)
during the battle I use shield slam as a priority (apply two devastates on the target) followed by revenge when ever available, then apply another devastate for the full sunder stack. After that I spam heroic strike in between global cooldowns, cuncussion blow, shockwave and heroic throw when off cooldown. Pop shield block berserker rage when ever is off cooldown followed by as many shield slams I can get there.
The entire rotation it is viable to look out for sword and board procs and keeping thunder clap/demo shout up at all times.
Describe your gaming system. Your computer needs to be good enough to not cause problems raiding. Frame lag, ping, connection problems, not using a microphone + Ventrilo or crashing is not acceptable. (long answer):
I have a pretty old custom built rig.
Mobo: ASUS Striker II Formula LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI ATX Intel
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz LGA 775 Quad-Core (Over clocked to 3.0)
Video Card: EVGA 512-P3-N801-AR GeForce 8800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16
RAM: 4.0 GB's of DDR2 1066
Storage: 2x Barracudas configured as Raid 0
I use a Logitech G15 Keyboard and a G5 Mouse.
Running Windows 7 RC Beta 64 Bit (the shiiiiiiit)
Why are you worth being one of the 25 people in a raid? Please list anything else you'd like to mention about yourself that we might have missed. (long answer):
I am a very dedicated individual who is willing to give all it takes to get shit done. I don't care about loot because at the end of the day the protection loot being received will be used for the better of the raid. As a previous GM I understand the importance of flasks, food and other enhancements to play at maximum performance. My gear isn't much because I haven't raided much on this toon I am currently sitting on close to 30k health and average mitigation. I will try to log out in pve prot gear if there is the need to.
Can you handle criticism?: I see it as a way of improvement, criticism can be taken differently depending on the person. I have criticized in the past and can say that no one's perfect, every one can make mistakes. Sometimes the player himself can not visualize those mistakes.
