Used to live with a culinary student who would make this heart attack special:

- Take bun-length hot dog and slice down the middle
- Fill hot dog with spam
- Wrap spam dog with bacon (used toothpics to hold everything together)
- deep fry



I could never bring myself to try it but he seemed to love it.
